先前學習過的3日 Learn to Sail 還記得多少呢？
今次舉辦 Learn to sail 帆船增潤日，由船長親自帶領曾參與 Learn to Sail 課程的學員一起揚帆出海，不但可以重溫一吓過往曾學習的 Learn to Sail⛵，增進航海經驗，還可以與一眾帆船愛好者分享及交流。歡迎齊齊參加再參加，相信每次出海，都會令你有新的體驗！

時間 Time：1000 – 1700
參加者年齡 Age：18-65歲
路線 Route：西貢白沙灣及附近海域 Sai Kung sea
集合時間/地點 Meeting time & place：1000 西貢白沙灣公眾碼頭
名額 Quota：8人 (最少4人成團)
能力要求 Skill Level：曾參與 1-3日 Learn to Sail 的學員
訓練費用 Fee：每人$850【原價 $1200】包括旅程前安全課程(online)、接駁船費
$850 each (original price $1200), including the Pre trip safety course (online), ferry fee.
截止日期 Deadline：旅程首日前七天截止報名 或 額滿即止
Registration will be closed 7 days before first day of voyage or when seats filled up.
報名步驟 Enrolment Procedure：
- 請先提交「參與人數」 及「同行者姓名、聯絡電話及電郵」(如有)，再填妥聯絡人基本資料，選擇付款方法並下單。完成付款後，請把轉帳記錄 WhatsApp 67468359。
Submit “Number of ppl” & “Group member names, contact phone & email” (if applicable), details of contact person, then choose payment method and place your order. PLEASE SUBMIT PAYMENT RECORD to 67468359 by Whatsapp after payment has been settled. - 請每名參加者分別填寫「船員資料表」(按此).
Please fill in “Crew Information Form” (Press HERE for link) for each participant. - 在收妥每位參加者的 (1) 繳款記錄 及 (2) 船員資料表後，報名程序才正式完成，我們會用 WhatsApp 確認及為你(們)預留位置，先到先得，額滿即止。
YOUR PLACE WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED by Whatsapp AFTER (1) PAYMENT RECORD & (2) CREW INFORMATION FORM of EACH participant have been received on a first com first serve basis.
備註 Remarks：
- 最少4人成團，自備午膳。
Minimum 4ppl to form a course. Prepare your own lunch. - 除非人數不足4人而要取消旅程外，報名後未能出席者，已繳費用，恕不退回。

Details of voyage will be informed 7 days before first day of voyage if your place has been confirmed. - 因應疫情，參加者同時須在旅程首日前72小時 (前3天) 填妥並提交「COVID-19 健康申報表」，否則生命前線帆船事工有權拒絕閣下參與是次旅程，並且已邀交款項將不獲退回。
